1/4 cup soy sauce (I use low sodium)
1/4 cup sherry
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon minced or crushed garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
Mix together, and pour over a pork tenderloin, chops, fish, or chicken. If using on fish, only marinated for 10 to 15 minutes.
Grill, and enjoy.
